Van Alexander is a real estate agent with Watson Realty Corp and a member of the Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors. Originally from Lakeland, FL, Van relocated to Gainesville, FL in 2013. For the past 10 years, he has assisted individuals in Gainesville and the greater central-North Florida area in buying and selling their homes.

Van has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his client’s needs first. He sees each opportunity to serve others not just as a sales transaction, but a significant moment in a person’s life, and the ability to create lasting relationships with each person he touches. His clients are 80% referrals or repeat business from satisfied clients. He has recommended local professional service providers of inspectors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, title agents, painters, handymen, and others that can add value and quality service for his clients.

Van is a graduate of Bethel University (McKenzie, TN) where he received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He was a four-year starter and captain on the Wildcats football team, while also being a member of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE). After graduating he came back home to Florida where he began his career in retail sales management. His passion for helping people and creating memorable moments was evident in the customer experience and environment he created. He continues to leverage that along with his real estate industry knowledge and experience to exceed his client’s expectations.

In his free time, you can catch Van watching and talking sports, especially college football. Go Gators! He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Raquhel, being on the water, and traveling.
